It's Kids Day at the Woodstock Farm Festival! Turn out for Uncle Rock, Oliver Wyman, and the Handpicked Nation Dollar Day.
Oliver Wyman is the Storyteller in Stories with a Storyteller under the music tent 4:00 - 4:30pm. Oliver is an actor and voice artist best known for his work in
audio books and animation. He has recorded over 200 audio books and has
been featured in cartoons such as Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Teenage Mutant
Ninja Turtles and many more.
Uncle Rock will perform rock for all ages at 5 pm in the music tent!
Handpicked Nation is a new project from Woodstock's own Craig and Staci Strauss that shares food and farming stories from around the country. They'll be hosting a Dollar Day for kids to promote awareness of the Farmer's Market shopping experience for kids age 6-14. You can visit their booth at the market to sign up this Wednesday, or email us ahead of time at info@woodstockfarmfestival.com to participate!
David Baggett will be performing in the market from 3:30 - 5pm as well!
Eminence Road Winery will be back at the market this Wednesday...they're traveling all the way from Long Eddy, so come check out their delicious, unfiltered wines made with grapes from the Finger Lakes Region. There's a great article by Peter Barrett about them in July's Chronogram!
