Wednesday, June 6, 3:30 pm - If it's Wednesday, it's Woodstock.

Bookmark and ShareThanks to all who joined us last week for our opening day! It was great to join our community again and see all our vendors, new and old.

This week, join us for the Ivy Vine Players on the Main Stage at 3:45 pm, and The Acoustic Medicine Show at 5:00 pm.

Deb Tankard and Friends are back in the market at 5 pm! David Baguette will be in the market at 3:30 pm.

Beautiful Strawberries again this week from Wrights Farm!

Visit the event booth to learn about the work of the Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary, which provides shelter to cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys, ducks, sheep, and goats who have been rescued from cases of abuse, neglect and abandonment.

And, of course, seasonal specialties like asparagus, fresh greens, spring radishes, green garlic, as well as honey, wine, maple syrup, fresh milk, local meat and herb, flower and vegetable starts from Monkshood Nursery for the rest of the month.

And what about that green garlic? If you've never had a chance to use it, green garlic is a young, uncured garlic with a mild flavor. Here's a recipe from The New York Times, with some seasonal spinach too!

The Yum Yum noodle truck will be at the Farm Festival every Wednesday from here on out! Check out their Asian-inspired food

Have you heard about the Farm Festival's new shopping service? A great option if you're not in town some Wednesday, but don't want to miss the great, local products...check our website soon for details or inquire at the WFF information booth.
