- 3 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese – sliced
- 1 Honeycrisp Apple – cored and sliced
- 1/4 Cup Cranberry-Horseradish Chutney
- 1/2 Cup Pea Shoots
- 4 Slices Wheat Bread
Spread the cranberry chutney on each slice of bread. Add the cheese, then a handful of pea shoots, the sliced apple, and a few more pea shoots. Close the sandwich. Slice and serve.
