Bok Choy: Hot, Sweet, Quick, Simple
Prepare
Cut and sliver ginger
Grate ginger, squeeze out the juice into bowl of raisins, mix juice with raisins. Let sit a while before cooking.
Mix together: 2 Tbsp of Tahini, 2 tsp. of honey, 2 Tbsp. of tamari.
Cook
Heat skillet, put on some olive oil and fry slivered ginger.
they will cluster and brown, just as they brown add 1/2 tsp. honey and stir around.
Add chopped bok choy, stir fry.
When Bok Choy is a bright green, stir in raisins, and tahini mix, stir and place a lid, lower flame after a minute. Let sit in steam.
